About the dinosaur[]
Deinocheirus is a genus of large ornithomimosaur that lived during the Late Cretaceous around 70 million years ago. In life, it had a duck-like beak, a camel-like hump, and shaggy feathers along its body. It lived in Mongolia, but at the time, there were plenty of swampy environments for it to live in. It was an omnivore, as it ate mostly plants, but fish fossils have also been found in its stomach.
In game[]
This dinosaur is one of the first tournament creatures the player can unlock, being available after completing stage 70. Unlike the other tournament dinosaurs, Deinocheirus takes 5 days and 21 hours to hatch instead of 7 days, making it the cheapest option for getting a viable dinosaur. However, players will soon realize that Deinocheirus is the worst tournament creature to have. Despite it having more damage than most of the standard legendaries, it's low health make all the other tournament animals, even fellow glass cannons like Zalmoxes, overshadow it. Despite this, it can still be viable when facing pterosaurs, as they are the only class that can't bring Deinocheirus down so easily.
