Pelecanipteryx is a genetically-modified hybrid of Pelecanimimus and Hatzegopteryx.

Pelecanipteryx was renamed to Pelecachtylus in Update 51.^[1] The original developer response pinned this error on a bad translation.^[2] Unknown to most at the time, it was actually an accidental leak of the Super-hybrid, Pelecachtylus', name.
